I started teaching mindfulness and yoga because I saw how much people carry—stress, expectations, excitement, transitions, and everything in between. Over the years, I’ve worked with workplaces, professionals, parents, kids, families, brides-to-be, and even groups celebrating new babies.

What I’ve learned is that no matter the moment—big or small—people appreciate having a space to slow down and feel supported. My sessions are gentle, grounding, and tailored to each group, whether it’s helping a team reset, guiding children through emotional awareness, or bringing calm to a bridal morning.

I love making mindfulness a shared experience that feels warm, memorable, and deeply human.
